Chapter is a brand new student accommodation company providing a new concept in student living.
We offer a range of accommodation from en suite bedrooms in shared apartments to studio flats and apartments for students studying in London. All of our residences are within central London zones 1 & 2, making them an ideal base for students studying at any of London’s universities. We currently provide accommodation in 6 great London locations and have a brand new building opening in September 2016 in Lewisham.
Our rents are all-inclusive of utility bills and contents insurance, so there’s no extra cost for your electricity, gas or water. We also provide free superfast broadband internet with Wi-Fi so you can connect from your bedroom, kitchen or from the social spaces within your Chapter.
Other onsite facilities include professional service teams, laundry, post room service, great social and study spaces and a 24/7 on site staff presence, meaning we’ll always be able to help you if you have any emergencies out of office hours.
What makes Chapter unique and stand out from the crowd is that we don’t just provide our residents with one home. When you live in a Chapter residence, you become a Chapter Member, meaning that you have access to all of the social spaces and events across all other London Chapters. You’ll be spoilt for choice for great places to hang out with friends and great parties to go to.

Introducing Chapter Highbury
Chapter Highbury was previously known as Wedgwood Court by Unite Students and Wedgwood House by Prodigy Living.
Located on Holloway Road, it’s under a minutes’ walk to Holloway Road Underground Station which is served by the Piccadilly Line. This accommodation is ideal if you are studying at London Metropolitan University as LMU’s Holloway Road campus is literally across the road. You’ve also got a Sainsbury’s local on the ground floor of the accommodation and plenty of great restaurants and cute cafes nearby.
Chapter Highbury has also recently gone through a refurbishment, upgrading the on-site gym, cinema room, games room, study space and social space. Rooms range from en suites in shared flats to studios and one bedroom apartments. All are modern, stylish and have everything our residents might need.
Introducing Chapter Islington
You may know Chapter Islington by its previous names, Woodland Court by Unite Students and Woodland House by Prodigy Living.
It is located on Market Road, within 4 minutes’ walk of Caledonian Road Tube Station which is served by the Piccadilly Line. Caledonian Park, Market Road Gardens, Islington Tennis Centre and a Sainsbury’s convenience store are also all only a stone’s throw away.
We have recently refurbished the common areas which are exclusive to Chapter members and now include an onsite gym, well-equipped games room, cinema room, art studio and great social spaces to relax in. You can choose from a wide range of en suite rooms in shared flats or self-contained studios.
Introducing Chapter Kings Cross
Chapter Kings Cross also used to be part of the The Nido Collection and was called Nido King’s Cross. As the name suggests, Chapter Kings Cross is located by the well-known train station and is within walking distance of some of London’s top universities such as University College London, University of London and SOAS.
With Kings Cross station close by, travelling around London and further afield is easy. As the most well-connected station in London it is served by nine underground lines, (Victoria, Northern, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City, Circle and Metropolitan lines) as well as National Rail services and the Eurostar. Plus, you’ve also got Platform 9 ¾ for a magical trip on the Hogwarts Express.
We are undertaking an extensive makeover to transform our social spaces and make sure Chapter Kings Cross is truly designed to meet the needs of London students. All the rooms at Chapter Kings Cross are studio rooms providing private personal living spaces along with plenty of communal areas for our residents to socialise and study.
Introducing Chapter Lewisham
Chapter Lewisham is our brand new building and will be opening in Autumn 2016, ready for the 2016/17 academic year. Purpose built for students, it’s a fully equipped and modern residence with an elevated outdoor terrace and plenty of space for socialising and studying.
Located in zone 2, it’s only a short commute to Goldsmiths University and University of Greenwich as well as just a *10 minute train ride into London Bridge station. The building is also minutes from Lewisham station where you can catch the DLR into London town.
Lewisham itself is an increasingly popular place for students to live and is near to New Cross and Blackheath which are both great for days and nights out.
Rooms with in Chapter Lewisham are all newly built and have plenty of storage and modern facilities. Students can choose from shared apartments and private studios.
Introducing Chapter Portobello
Chapter Portobello based in fashionable west London was part of The Nido Collection and previously known as Nido Notting Hill.
Set in a tranquil location by the canal, this Chapter is small and friendly with a large community of postgraduate students. Close to famous Portobello Road with its antiques and vintage clothes market, there are plenty of interesting bars and restaurants in the area along with a varied art and music scene.
The social spaces throughout the community will be completely transformed during summer 2016 in order to deliver an outstanding experience to our residents.
Introducing Chapter Spitalfields
Chapter Spitalfields was originally part of The Nido Collection and was called Nido Spitalfields. It’s located in a prime location by Liverpool Street station giving you quick access to the rest of London and all of the Universities, Schools and Colleges.
This spectacular building is 33 floors high and has amazing views across London. Wake up every morning looking out onto the Gherkin, Herron Tower, the Shard and many more iconic London landmarks.
We’ve got a 33rd floor library, 32nd floor bar, onsite gym, Karaoke room, fitness studio with regular Les Mills fitness classes and many more amazing spaces. And remember, whichever Chapter you live in, you’ll still be able to use all the facilities in this building.
Introducing Chapter South Bank
Chapter South Bank used to be called Great Suffolk Street by Unite Students and Great Suffolk House by Prodigy Living.
Located on Great Suffolk Street, there are excellent transport links via Southwark tube station and Waterloo rail station, with Kings College London really close and other top universities just minutes away.
Topped by a sky lounge and terrace, this residence offers incredible panoramic views of London and its key landmarks such as The London Eye, The Shard, Big Ben and The River Thames. There is a large variety of rooms to choose from including en suite bedrooms in cluster flats, studios and one and two bedroom apartments.
