The three years I spent living at Chapter Portobello while studying at the UAL have been the best of my life! All of the facilities have been meticulously maintained and are simple to get to. To begin, I think it's appropriate to state that I love Chapter. I came to London in 2018 and Chapter is by far the best place I've ever stayed. The vibe is just so cool, the people are so nice, and the entire Chapter location, as well as the friends I made, is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

I stayed in Chapter last year and have decided to do so again this semester. I'm also thinking about remaining for another semester. I've made some of the best friends of my life here, and I now have pals all around the world. Turkey, Germany, Italy, Spain, Dubai, Iran and more…!

Also, a few words about the staff at Chapter. Amazing individuals. I've never seen so many people working together to make everyone's life easier and more comfortable. I know how Alessio, Kevin and Simona, in particular, assisted me during my hardest times.

As a transfer student from Hong Kong doing his final year of University, travelling far to London alone for the first time, it was definitely difficult to find one's foot here. But Chapter Lewisham has definitely made the residents here feel right at home! The rooms are great, facilities are practically paradise, and the team is just top notch superb. Constantly organizing events and parties, providing support and services that I couldn't imagine any other accomodations would even start thinking about.
If I had my full three years of University here in London instead of one, I would say spending it all here at Chapter Lewisham would be a safe and delightful choice.

My stay at Chapter South Bank, has been nothing short of comfortable and luxurious all together. The rooms are bigger as compared to all the other branches, the reception team is friendly, all the parcels are timely collected and kept safely, the sky lounge is the ideal getaway in the midst if a hectic day, the area around the accommodation is calm and peaceful and convenient, and the night security team is excellent. The get-togethers organised by the team have helped me make friends for a lifetime. As a student in London there would be no other student accommodation that I'd rather live in, and I would blindly suggest to go for Chapter South Bank at any given point.
