Everything you need to know for your stay

All your utility bills – water, electric, gas, internet, gym and use of all the social spaces – are included in the price. There are no hidden charges, what you see on your contract is what you pay (besides any damage to the room or fees you incur).

In the UK, students are exempt from paying council tax – you won’t need to pay this, but if the council do mistakenly bill you, you will need to provide details to prove that you are in full time education.

If you bring your own TV, or want to watch or record programmes as they are shown live (including on mobile phones, tablets or computers), you will need to apply and pay for a TV License. This also includes TV's provided by Chapter.

You can make a payment using a credit or debit card, either on the internet or over the phone. You can also make a payment via bank transfer - please speak to the team for details. Please note, we do not accept American Express.
