Our private apartments are fully furnished and available on 12 month leases, offering a separate entrance and a quieter environment.

Residents are able to use the gym and all other facilities within Chapter, these apartments are also available to non-students.

All bills are included subject to TV license/ Council Tax charges.The apartment includes a dishwasher, washing machine, television, wardrobe.

The bedroom includes a double size bed, with side tables and lamps.
The bathrooms all come with a shower, with our biggest apartments including a bathtub with shower attachment.
Sizes are from 32 Sq m – 50 Sq m.

All apartments offer free unlimited broadband.
