SERVICE OFFER

REBOOKER TERMS & CONDITIONS 26/27

 

1. ANNOUNCEMENT

  1. Rebookers who qualify for a Reward must contact their respective Chapter reception to claim their reward, as outlined in Section 5.

2. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

  1. If you receive a Reward, the Promoter may use your name, image, and town/county of residence to announce it and for other reasonable promotional purposes.
  2. You agree to participate in any reasonable publicity requested by the Promoter.
  3. By entering the Promotion, you agree that any personal information you provide may be used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers solely for the administration of the Promotion.

3. ELIGIBILITY

  1. To be eligible for the Promotion, participants must:

    1. Currently residing at a participating chapter property for the 2026/27 academic year.
    2. Rebook any room at a Participating Chapter Property between 6th November 2025 and 6th February 2026, the Closing Date.
    3. Complete a Tenancy Agreement for a minimum term of 39 weeks, signed by both the Tenant and the Guarantor, and submit all required paperwork.
    4. Pay the Holding Fee.
    5. Be enrolled in full-time education.

  2. Each Rebooker is eligible for only one Reward.

  3. Rebookers may claim this Reward alongside the Chapter Properties' Refer a Friend offer for 2026/27, but not with any other promotions.

  4. Holding Fees are non-refundable, even if the Reward is not claimed, unless the Promoter decides otherwise.

4. GENERAL

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or Rebooker if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
  2. The Promoter may cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms without notice if necessary, including for reasons beyond its control. Any changes will be posted on the Promoter’s website (www.Chapter-student.com).
  3. Rewards are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis, are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  4. These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  1. All entries, along with any accompanying materials, become the property of the Promoter upon receipt and will not be returned.
  2. By entering, you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, display, publish, edit, and store your entry and any accompanying materials for promotional purposes.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. The Promoter, its agents, or distributors are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from participation in the Promotion or the Reward, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents.
  2. The Promoter is not responsible for any disappointment experienced by participants as a result of entering the Promotion or receiving/not receiving a Reward.

Referred to as the ‘Chapter Property’.

8. PROMOTION PERIOD

  1. Opening Date: 09:00 on 6th November 2025
  2. Closing Date: 23:59 on 31st December 2025
  3. Entries received after the Closing Date or not meeting the Eligibility Requirements will be disqualified.

9. REBOOKER AWARD

  1. Rebookers who meet all Eligibility Requirements will be eligible for the following service offers:

    Rewards available:

    • £100 My Chapter App credit

    • £100 TULU voucher

    • £100 Deliveroo voucher

    • £100 Selfridges card

    Reward tiers:

    • Rebook for Your 2nd Year – Choose 1 reward

    • Rebook for Your 3rd Year – Choose 2 rewards

    • Rebook for Your 4th Year – Choose 3 rewards

    Chapter London Bridge exception:
    Rebookers at Chapter London Bridge can choose 2 rewards, regardless of year.

    In addition to the selected service offer, Rebookers will also receive a £250 cashback, valid until 4th January 2026.

  2.  Rewards can be claimed immediately upon signing the 2026/27 contract at your Chapter reception and must be redeemed by 31st December 2025.

  3. Rebookers are responsible for any additional costs associated with their Tenancy Agreement, including but not limited to travel documents, visas, and other necessary arrangements.

10. TERMS

  1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Rebooker and the Promoter regarding this Promotion.
  2. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
