One Bed Apartments are approximately 29 SQM - 31 SQM in size. These rooms come with a small double bed, an en suite bathroom, private kitchenette, study area and storage space.

The rooms include a bed with underbed storage, a chair, a desk, a sofa chair, a TV, shelving unit and wardrobe space. The en suite bathroom includes a toilet, shower and sink. The private kitchens have a 2 ring hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a sink.
