Diamond Studio rooms are 33 SQM in size. These student rooms come with double beds, en suite bathrooms, a private kitchen, study area and storage space.

The rooms include a bed, chair, desk, wardrobe, drawers and a shelving unit. The en suite bathrooms contain a shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen has a 4 ring induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, a sink, a sofa and a TV.
