Now that you’ve narrowed down your ideal room category, we’ve broken down the specific room types that Chapter offer under these categories and how they differ from each other.
twin rooms
To bunk in with another student of the same gender
These types of rooms are perfect for friends or couples coming to stay in London together, or students who are simply happy to share the majority of their space with another student. What better way is there to become friends than rooming together?
To share a bunk-bed with another student, up to 18sqm in size.
To share a bedroom and bathroom with another student, up to 19sqm in size.
To share a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with another student, up to 18sqm in size.
A much larger space to share a bedroom bathroom and kitchen with another student, up to 29sqm in size.



SHARED APARTMENTS
For your own bedroom
These types of rooms can still be ideal for friends coming to stay in London together, it just means you'll have a bedroom to yourself. As long as you don't mind sharing your bathroom, kitchen and lounge area with at least one other student (usually of the same gender) then these rooms will suit you nicely.
To share a bathroom and kitchen with another student, up to 13sqm in size.
To share two bathrooms and a kitchen with two other students, up to 9sqm in size.
To share two bathrooms and a kitchen with three other students, up to 10sqm in size.



EN SUITE ROOMS
For your own private bathroom
These types of rooms are the most popular among students, as they are the most sociable while still allowing you to have your own bedroom and bathroom - the classic student experience. They offer a 'flat' kind of feel, often with bedrooms at one end of the corridor and the communal kitchen at the other.
To share a kitchen and lounge area with other students, up to 16sqm in size.
To share a kitchen and lounge area with other students, up to 17.5sqm in size.
To share a kitchen and lounge area with other students, up to 19sqm in size.
To share a kitchen and lounge area with other students, up to 19sqm in size.



STUDIOS
For your own private kitchen
These types of rooms are perfect if you like your own private space - you'll have your own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Don't worry though, you'll still have access to all the communal areas around the building so you'll still be able to interact with the other residents even though you're not sharing with them.
All amenities included in your own private room, up to 17.5sqm in size.
All amenities included in your own private room, up to 23sqm in size.
All amenities included in your own private room, up to 25sqm in size.
All amenities included in your own private room, up to 29sqm in size.
All amenities included in your own private room, up to 31sqm in size.
All amenities included in your own private room, up to 37sqm in size.



FLATS & XL ROOMS
For additional private space
These rooms will be significantly larger than most of the other room types, offering more floor and storage space (handy if you plan on bringing all your belongings with you to London). Dual occupancy is also available on some of these rooms (at an increased cost) making them perfect for couples.
A larger private studio with all amenities included, up to 29sqm in size.
Your own private studio flat with all amenities included, up to 30sqm in size.
An extra-large private studio with all amenities included, up to 45sqm in size.
Your own private flat with all amenities included, up to 46sqm size.



For most of our room types, you can also choose if you’d like a lower, mid, upper or penthouse level room, and even if you’d like a premium city view of the local area – the possibilities are endless.
