Recently, we hosted one of our Chapter parties at a cool underground location – The Nest in Dalston. The space was kitted out with an old Studio 54 vibe to throwback to the raging parties that once happened in the world-famous New York night club.
Music from two top London DJs, DJ Amit and DJ Namedrop, played throughout the night and we had delicious food from Pokē (serving Hawaiian food similar to Sashimi) who whipped up some of their popular bamboo boats including:
- Scottish Salmon Poke with a wasabi/coriander marinade, wasabi peas, wakame salad, pickles and black rice
- Yellowfin Tuna Poke with a Spicy marinade, avocado, pickles, black rice and a spicy aioli
- Tofu and Shiitake Poke in a miso dressing, wakame salad, pickles and black rice (Vegan)
There was some serious partying, dancing and instagramming. Here's a sneak peak into the night:
