First, work your way through our simple decision tree to figure out the room category that would be best suited for you:

Now that you’ve narrowed down your ideal room category, we’ve broken down the specific room types that Chapter offer under these categories and how they differ from each other.

These types of rooms are perfect for friends or couples coming to stay in London together, or students who are simply happy to share the majority of their space with another student. What better way is there to become friends than rooming together?

These types of rooms can still be ideal for friends coming to stay in London together, it just means you'll have a bedroom to yourself. As long as you don't mind sharing your bathroom, kitchen and lounge area with at least one other student (usually of the same gender) then these rooms will suit you nicely.

To share a bathroom and kitchen with another student, up to 13sqm in size.

3 bed apartment

These types of rooms are the most popular among students, as they are the most sociable while still allowing you to have your own bedroom and bathroom - the classic student experience. They offer a 'flat' kind of feel, often with bedrooms at one end of the corridor and the communal kitchen at the other.

Bronze en suite

To share a kitchen and lounge area with other students, up to 16sqm in size.

Silver en suite

To share a kitchen and lounge area with other students, up to 17.5sqm in size.
