REBOOKER SERVICE OFFER 2025/26 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. THE PROMOTER 

a. The Promoter is Greystar Europe Holdings Limited of The Gilbert, 40 Finsbury Square, London, EC2A 1PX (the ‘Promoter’).

2,. TERMS

1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Rebooker and the Promoter regarding this Promotion.
2. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

1. Opening Date: 09:00 on 31st October 2024
2. Closing Date: 23:59 on 30th November 2024
3. Entries received after the Closing Date or that do not meet the Eligibility Requirements will be disqualified.

4. ELIGIBILITY

1. To be eligible for the Promotion, participants must:
   1. Currently reside at a Participating Chapter Property for the 2025/26 academic year.
   2. Rebook any room at a Participating Chapter Property between 31st October 2024 and the Closing Date.
   3. Complete a Tenancy Agreement for a minimum term of 43 weeks, signed by both the Tenant and the Guarantor, and submit all required paperwork.
   4. Pay the Holding Fee.
   5. Be enrolled in full-time education.
2. Each Rebooker is eligible for only one Reward.
3. Rebookers may claim this Reward alongside the Chapter Properties' Refer a Friend offer for 2025/26, but not with any other promotions.
4. Holding Fees are non-refundable, even if the Reward is not claimed, unless the Promoter decides otherwise.

5. THE PROMOTION 

1. Rebookers who meet all Eligibility Requirements will be eligible for one of the following rewards:
   1. 5 x free room cleans
   2. £100 laundry card
   3. £75 TULU voucher
   4. £75 UBER voucher
2. Rewards can be claimed immediately upon signing the 2025/26 contract from your Chapter reception and must be redeemed by 31st December 2025.
3. Rebookers are responsible for any other costs associated with their Tenancy Agreement, including travel documents, visas, and other relevant arrangements.

4. Chapter Islington property located at 32-34 Market Road, London N7 9AW (‘Chapter Islington’)
5. Chapter Kings Cross property located at 200 Pentonville Rd, London N1 9JP (‘Chapter Kings Cross’)
6. Chapter Lewisham property located at 46 Thurston Road, London, SE13 7SD (‘Chapter Lewisham’)
7. Chapter Portobello property located at 1 Alderson Street, London, W10 5JY (‘Chapter Portobello’)
8. Chapter South Bank property located at 17 Great Suffolk Street, London, SE1 0NS (‘Chapter South Bank’)
9. Chapter Spitalfields property located at 9 Frying Pan Alley, London, E1 7HS (‘Chapter Spitalfields’)
10. Chapter White City property located at 10 Westway, London W12 0DD (‘Chapter White City’)
11. Chapter Old Street property located at 18 Paul Street, London EC2A 4JH (‘Chapter Old Street’)
12.  Chapter Ealing property located at Holbrook House, Victoria Road, London, W3 6UN (‘Chapter Ealing’)
13.  Chapter Westminster property located at Pound Field Court, 200A Lambeth Road, Lambeth, London SE1 7LR (‘Chapter Westminster’)

Referred to as the ‘Chapter Property’.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. The Promoter, its agents, or distributors are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from participation in the Promotion or the Reward, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents.
2. The Promoter is not responsible for any disappointment experienced by participants as a result of entering the Promotion or receiving/not receiving a Reward.

8. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

1. If you receive a Reward, the Promoter may use your name, image, and town/county of residence to announce it and for other reasonable promotional purposes.
2. You agree to participate in any reasonable publicity requested by the Promoter.
3. By entering the Promotion, you agree that any personal information you provide may be used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers solely for the administration of the Promotion.

9. GENERAL

1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or Rebooker if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
2. The Promoter may cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms without notice if necessary, including for reasons beyond its control. Any changes will be posted on the Promoter’s website (www.Chapter-student.com).
3. Rewards are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis, are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
4. These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.
