Review of Spitalfields
I like that it's in the city centre yet it's still quiet. For this area I do think it's good value for money.

Review of Spitalfields
It's not too crowded here yet everything is local, I like that. Compared to other places in the area, they were dull and the students don't talk to each other. I'm happy because I tried (another student accommodation building) and I wasn't happy. I'm happy here.

Review of Spitalfields
It's close to my University, the tube station and it's very central. Everybody is very friendly, the events are a great way to interact with everyone. All of the staff have been really helpful.

Review of Spitalfields
I really like the location; I can walk to Uni, I can walk into town whereas other students I know have to walk a lot further to get anywhere. I like that we now have a ping pong table and that it is fairly cheap to live here.

I really like the atmosphere here and all the people I have met. It's very close to Spitalfields market. They opened the mail room on a Sunday which was really helpful.

All Chapter residents need to be over 18 from the time of moving in. This is due to the legally binding tenancy agreement that each resident is required to sign before arrival. If you’re having any problems with your room, a shared living space, or one of the communal areas, you have two options. You can log the issue using the Active Building resident portal, providing details so our maintenance team can get this sorted for you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can come down to your reception and talk to a member of staff so we can log it on your behalf. Can I have pets?

Each flat has its own lockable mailbox located in the lobby - you'll get a keycard sticker which opens this when you check in. For security reasons, you will need to provide photo ID and give a signature to confirm collection. Post will not be given out to other residents on your behalf without written authorisation. Can I live with my friends?
