We understand that circumstances can sometimes change and we have extended the decision making period to 7 days so that you have a full week following booking to cancel your Chapter contract if you change your mind.
2. How do I arrange a refund if the impact of COVID-19 affects my study plans in the UK prior to the 20/21 academic year?
