As the UK begins to ease restrictions, we continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure that we are fully following the latest government guidelines. As we open up our amenity spaces, we have put precautions in place to reduce the risk of catching or spreading the virus within our buildings.

1. If I go ahead and book with Chapter but I change my mind, can I cancel?
We understand that circumstances can sometimes change and If you need to change your plans and cancel your room before 31st May, you can feel secure in knowing that you will still receive your holding fee back. See the full terms & conditions here.
2. IS THERE ANY FLEXIBILITY WITH MY RENT INSTALMENT DATES?
We have added a 7-date instalment plan option for UK and EU residents allowing you more flexibility with your rent instalment dates across your academic year. To apply for this option, your booking must be made through your chosen Chapter site team or our Central Sales Team, chat to our team today for more details.
3. CAN I ALTER MY START AND END BOOKING DATES?
